Constant Trade Ghana Ltd provides these disclosures in compliance with the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929).
Investment Risk Disclosure
Investment in Government Securities (Treasury Bills, Notes, and Bonds) involves risk, including the risk of loss of principal. While these instruments are considered among the safest in the Ghanaian market, they are subject to:
Interest Rate Risk
Prices of fixed income securities move inversely to interest rates.
Inflation Risk
Rising inflation may erode the real value of your investment returns.
Liquidity Risk
Secondary market liquidity for certain bond tenors may be limited.
Sovereign Risk
Potential for changes in government policy or economic stability.
2. Broker-Dealer Capacity
Constant Trade acts as a Primary Dealer (PD) in the auction of GoG securities. We may also act as a principal (trading for our own account) or as an agent (executing on behalf of clients) in the secondary market. We maintain strict internal protocols to manage potential conflicts of interest.
3. Fee Transparency
Standard primary auction bids are processed without commission charges. Secondary market trades may incur brokerage fees as permitted under the SEC fee schedule. All fees are clearly disclosed on your contract note prior to settlement.
4. Best Execution
Our "Best Execution" policy ensures that all client orders are executed at the most favorable terms available at the time of the trade, considering price, costs, speed, and likelihood of execution.
